There are more men and women of God, both young and old, embracing the call of God than ever before in history. They can find instruction, but their hunger is for fatherhood. Fathers not only train and release leaders, but also walk with them in ministry all the days of their lives. We are determined to see men and women begin ministry and further the ministry God has given them with a supernatural deposit in their lives.

After graduating high school in 1992, I was making the decision of where I would go to college. My concern was not what I would study or really where the Lord wanted me to go to school, but my concern was how was I going to find someone who would train me and mentor me in my calling. I didn’t know it then, but I was crying out for a father in the ministry, someone who would and could impart to me everything that they had, someone who would expose to me their strengths and weaknesses, and someone who would walk with me in ministry for the rest of my life.
So I headed off to college, and three months later I met a man named Bob Long and his wife, Leslie. As I shook Bob’s hand in our initial introduction, the Lord spoke to me in what might as well have been an audible voice that this was he. Over the next few months, God began a process in me, through this father, of enabling me to see my calling as so much more than I ever thought or even dreamed. He began to call forth and impart, through time, LOTS of time, spent together and the laying on of hands, the gifts that I will need to do all God has called me to in His Kingdom.
It was out of this relationship that I attended the school of ministry after graduating from college. I eventually became the administrator for Rally Call Ministries and Rally Call Institute. In time I became both an instructor in the school and its director. This is simply a testimony of the very thing that is at the heart of Rally Call Institute. We are committed to walking with students in ministry for as long as they desire. I continue to learn the things of ministry not just by observing the Longs in ministry but by ministering alongside them.

What the training has done for the students…
As a mature Christian having had lots of training, I thought I knew a lot until attending school of ministry. Words can’t express the kind of joy, revelation, and vision that exploded within me concerning the ministry and the call of God in my life. After receiving impartation from the instructors, I found myself challenged and stirred in the giving of myself unto the Lord and His Kingdom in ways I never thought possible. My hope has been renewed. Things I had given up on have been re-birthed. Words cannot express what God has done in me during my time at RCI. It’s not just about learning the Word but about impartations from men and women of God; it’s about listening to their revelations; it’s about listening to their testimonies and stories of their experiences, it’s about serving them in their ministries. And all the while God is stirring my gifting and calling, He is strengthening me and equipping me, He is imparting vision, revelation, and passion to me. It’s about having mature mentors to lead and love me even when I make mistakes. It’s about building on what they’ve experienced – not having to start over. It’s about knowing God in a brand new way – ways deeper than I could ever have imagined. It’s about God stirring up His passion in me and then giving me a way to let it out. It’s about feeling like part of a family and about linking arms with them. It’s about getting to go back to my local church and function. I had a lot of vision in my heart about my life and ministry, but I just couldn’t get any definition on it. And…..it’s been years of promises and words, but no fulfillment. I was discouraged and disillusioned. Through RCI and Bob Long’s teaching, God began to unfold a lot of revelation to me and stir up renewed faith again and now I am seeing some of the vision fulfilled even today. I realized that my piece of the pie fits with everyone else’s and the fulfillment could not possibly be done without many other pieces…. KINGDOM pieces. The Kingdom of God is moving forward and conquering… one heart at a time….making us ONE NEW MAN. Just this one teaching turned my life around and was worth the price of admission! Rally Call Institute has truly been the primary catalyst for spiritual growth in my life over the past few months. The teaching has opened my eyes to important Biblical truth and has changed my perception of the ministry and the church more than any other spiritual influence in my life. I have received practical, and sometimes, hands-on instruction in areas that are relevant to me right now and will also prove useful in the future. And the relationships I have made, not only with other students but also with the instructors, will continue to positively affect my life no matter what course it takes. Rally Call’s heart for impacting this generation and seeing the Lord’s purposes fulfilled in the earth shines out of everything they do; Rally Call Institute is no exception. Rally Call Institute has challenged me in areas I thought I was fine in, i.e. Personal prophecy. I often spoke to my wait staff about the Lord. The Lord would use their name or something about them to stir in me, now I look at them and think “what does the Lord want to tell this person”. Rally Call Institute has dramatically changed my life. Although I have been a Christian for over 30 years and in the ministry for about 20 years, the impartation I have received since attending SOM has made such an impact on me. The excellence of ministry in the School is quite evident in the multifaceted teaching, workshops, student participation, activation, and all other areas. The impartations of the personal passion and giftings of the instructors is a precious treasure not found in many schools. I am so thankful for the personal ministry, and the encouragement and propelling given to us to find and fulfill our God given destiny. Attending the Rally Call Institute has been a landmark event in my life. I had come to such a crossroads in my spiritual life that I either had to go forward or go back but couldn’t stay where I was and remain o.k. Everything in my world had become affected by this dilemma and I didn’t know where to go or who to talk to who could help, or that even knew what I was talking about! I was beginning to feel as though I must be crazy!! Then a dear friend of mine invited me to a Rally Call meeting that met once a month to intercede for Austin. I didn’t know what I was experiencing exactly when I got there, I only knew that I felt full and was satisfied inside when the meeting was over. That was enough for me to come back the next month and the next. Answers to unasked questions I had were being taught and shown by example. I connected to a group of people that had the same desire to go on with the “Call of God” on their lives, and it affirmed me so that I no longer felt “crazy”.
I heard about the school at a conference last summer and hadn’t really even considered going myself. I kept thinking of all of the young people that I wanted to go and be a part. After the conference I knew that this was an opportunity of a lifetime and the invitation was wide open! How could I not take it?
This has been the answer to the crossroads dilemma that I found myself in just a few months earlier. It has been a practical answer to God’s word that “if you seek me you will find me”. I have truly found God’s father heart in Apostle Bob Long. I have experienced much healing physically and emotionally. And I have been affirmed and commissioned by the teaching to go back into my local church and be a CHRISTIAN!!!

Rally Call Institute has helped to mature me in the calling God has placed on my life. Classes in leadership, the prophetic, covenant, church history, and the ministry of helps — all have helped to better prepare me and propel me into the destiny I have been called to walk in. I was a student of Rally Call Institute and in the time I went there was much imparted into me that I cannot continue to thank my Lord for bringing me into meeting these teachers and ministers. I have been a born again Christian for a long time now and was raised in the Vineyard under John Wimber, but never have I come to learn how much I didn’t know and thought I did. The teaching and classes involved in the school are given to much life teaching, not only in the natural but in the spiritual. It was a life changing experience for me. The Bible became so alive from Old Testament to the New Testament. I was able to receive revelations of all the books. I also learned about the church, leadership, discipleship, Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, and church history. Humility towards each other and to the church. Learning how to be a speaker into the church, learning how to evangelize. Learning truth, and being not afraid to speak about what truth really is, and how much our Lord has given us and set up His body of peoples to teach. I would encourage any persons who are seeking within themselves that there must be more, there is and RCI will take you there. I would also encourage any Pastor of any denomination to even attend this school of ministry to come into a greater understanding of the word of our Lord, and to learn to receive from the body of Christ. We have need of more Spiritual Fathers in the church and Rally Call Institute can impart into your spirit the real truth of Spiritual Fathers, and the teaching of the Apostolic movement that is here now and always has been. I have been trying to think about what I could possibly say to describe what I have received from Rally Call and I am at a loss for words. Words do not do justice to how my life has been changed. God is using Rally Call in a mighty way. Not only will my life never be the same but neither will anyone else I am leading. At a time in our lives when God is stirring the destiny and call of God in us, the training we received in the school of ministry allowed us to begin to see and understand the joy of serving the Lord as well as to remind us of the work involved. Before coming to the school I was focused on trying to prepare for what I believe the Lord has called me to do. What I have gained through the school of ministry is that it has opened my eyes to see the reality of a much bigger purpose and plan that God is working in the earth and caused me to realize how much each of his saints plays a strategic part in His greater purpose. Through this understanding I now have much greater confidence and faith that what God has called me to do will come to pass but more importantly that God is doing a great work in the earth and that I am privileged to be a part of it.
I have also found a group of believers that are just as hungry as myself for the plans and purposes of God and am greatly encouraged by the friends there. I honestly believe I have found some lifelong friendships and as the plans of God unfold I believe I will see the fruit of these enduring friendships. - Robert Luebke
