Students who do not wish to complete all the requirements for a Bachelors of Christian Ministry or those who participate through out online telecampus program will receive a “Certificate of Ministry Training” upon completion of the following requirements.
Required Participation
9 Month or 18 Month Program:
You must complete our 9 month or 18 month program in order to attain this certificate. Classes are held one night a week for three hours and one Saturday a month all day. These classes are the core of the school and must be attended each week. Letter grades are not given for classes, only a complete or incomplete. Completion of classes is determined by attendance. These policies are explained in our application.
Saturday night services:
As a part of the training, students are required to attend and to serve in some capacity in the Saturday night services at Rally Call Apostolic Center twice a month. Services begin at 5pm each Saturday. Serving opportunities will include set-up, tear-down, children’s ministry, nursery, flags, worship team, intercession etc. This diverse, hands-on training will impart to you a passion for serving while giving you the opportunity to develop and discover your gifting. During our services, you will be both encouraged and even called upon to pray over people, release prophetic words, or even preach. We truly believe in giving FREEDOM to people so that they can increase their gifting in a safe, nurturing environment. Students who are participating through our telecampus program would not be able to participate in the “helps” part of our Saturday night services but would still be required to participate in our live broadcasts twice a month.
Book Reading & Reports:
Every student will be required to read a total of seven books each year. These books can be found under the calendar links, and students who have been accepted into our program are encouraged to begin purchasing these books.
Optional Participation
Ministry Sessions:
Students will be assigned to a ministry team from Rally Call Center. Because the soaking sessions during the actual class time aren’t near enough to really minister to each student like we would hope, students are encouraged but not required to set up a minimum of 3 ministry sessions with their assigned team. This allows the student to get any further healing or deliverance that they may need. The team can also continue to stir up any gifts and callings that the Lord is stirring in you. Our hope is that you would develop a life long relationship with the team you work with. Telecampus students would not have the benefit of this option.
Missions Trip:
A one week mission’s trip is planned each year and is highly recommended for all students. This trip focuses on developing and training the students in several aspects of ministry. Each trip is designed around the strengths and even the weaknesses of the students who are currently in the school so that the students can further develop and increase their strengths and yet be stretched in their areas of weakness. You will have the opportunity to lead the different ministry groups that will be created as the students decide what areas of ministry they desire to focus on – youth ministry, evangelism, prophetic ministry, etc. The students will create their own lesson plans, prepare their own sermons, form worship teams, and create intercession teams to study the geographic location they will be ministering at. In addition to the hands on ministry, the students are also responsible to plan the administrative details of the trip so that one day when they lead their own team into the nations they will be prepared for all of the aspects of ministry trips. The financial cost of this trip is not included in the price of the tuition but will be kept as low as posssible.
Extra Curricular Ministry Trips:
There may be many different ministry trips that students can participate in for extra hands-on training and credits. We would also encourage students to participate in one of the monthly prayer meetings that that is hosted by Rally Call. Telecampus students could get credit for participating in activities in their region or city. This participating must be approved by the school’s director.
*Forms will be provided to each student at the beginning of each year. Proper documentation will be required in order to receive credit for your work.
