Internship Opportunities

An RCI Internship is a dynamic program in which the ministry is focused on discipling and developing the intern rather than focusing on how the intern can serve the ministry. All the while, you will gain experience learning about expanding the Kingdom of God by actually being sent out to DO the work of the Father!  Intern programs will be designed around the needs and the calling of each individual intern.  The below info is a basic backdrop of what can be expected.

The internship is located in Austin, TX!

This internship is for you if:

  • You are 18 and over
  • You have a heart for being activated in your calling and transforming society with the Gospel of the Kingdom
  • You are a seeking to blossom in the fullness of your identity alongside spiritual fathers
  • You want to do the Book of Acts instead of sitting in the sidelines
  • Your cry is, “Here am I Lord, send me!”

Dates: Internship sessions are open throughout the year, you come when God stirs your heart to embark in YOUR journey

Housing: Interns take care of their own housing; you should be able to travel to the South Austin and San Marcos areas on a regular basis.

Ministry: Most ministry will be done in Austin, Round Rock, and San Marcos, while sometimes venturing outside of the Central Texas area.

Internship Goal: To assist in raising up the next generation of men and women who have been anointed and called to disciple nations with the Gospel of the Kingdom.

RCI leadership envisions:

  • A focus on the discipleship and spiritual growth of the intern.
  • An internship that promotes active involvement in a variety of community activities aimed at reaching society with the Kingdom Truths where people live and work.
  • An internship integrated with other aspects of Rally Call Ministries (e.g., Tabernacle of David meetings, Glory/Prophetic evangelism to area universities, Missionary activities, Intercession/Prophetic tours, Biblical worldview classes, and possible further ministry involvement).
  • A flexible structure that allows for ample opportunity for interns to pursue their higher education degrees or have part/full-time jobs, as well as be involved in Austin area community life (e.g., local body of worship, volunteering, everyday responsibilities, etc.).

Internship Benefits and Outline

Check out a few of the great things about our internship:

1)      It’s Austin, TX! The Austin metropolitan area is home to the Texas State Capitol and has one of the largest single-campus universities in the nation; in fall 2009 UT Austin enrollment included a diverse student population numbering 51,032.[1] The opportunities are plenty and it is great place to tap into the technology, art, and film/media revolutions. It is the “The Live Music Capital of the World”. Plus, let’s be honest, Austin is just really cool!

2)      Austin, TX has been heralded by various prophetic ministers as a hot spot for the next spiritual awakening! There is an ever growing number of hungry, prophetic, lovers of Jesus crying out for a fresh revival in the Church with a resulting transformation in the culture. This is encompassing all age groups, birthing a generational convergence that is releasing God’s blessing.  Come burn with us and be changed forever.

3)      We are focused on YOU and your development. We don’t want you to be pushing papers or answering phone calls in an office all day. Our intention is that you would grow spiritually and personally while working in practical ministry activities through reading assignments, prophetic gatherings, discipleship, and education regarding the Kingdom of God and Biblical worldview.

4)      The flexibility within our internship allows you to join at any time of the year and commit for any length of time from 20 weeks to 12 months. Also, the internship is built for you to be able to take college or graduate classes, get a part or full time job, or participate in any other worthwhile activity while you complete it. We will work with each intern to model their internship experience accordingly.
