Staff

In addition to the faculty at RCI, we have a number of alumni who serve as staff who play a vital role in the lives of the students. This tremendous staff assists the students in walking in a spirit of excellence in the areas that are beyond the classroom. Each of these also serves on a team that offers personal ministry to the students throughout the school year. In addition, they are part of a larger team that ministers to the students during the “soaking” sessions. This team serves Bob Long and Karen Serna by offering both direction and vision for the school.

Machelle is the School Administrator and takes care of all the students’ paperwork, technical questions, and tuition payments. Machelle keeps all transcripts and attendance records throughout the year.

Sherry Barnes serves as the Missions Trip Coordinator. She handles all fundraising and technical planning for this end of the year trip. In addition, Sherry will co-lead the trip with the school’s director.

Bev Bozovsky is our Student Helps Coordinator. Each student is responsible to participate in the “helps” part of Rally Call Center. Bev oversees this area of the school and also works with the students on any extra servant projects that come up throughout the year.

Cissy Stalmach is the Student Ministry Coordinator and organizes all the ministry teams that the students have access to during the year. In addition, she facilitates the teams that come in to minister to the students during the “soaking“ sessions.
