Staff

In addition to the faculty at RCI, we have a number of alumni who serve as staff who play a vital role in the lives of the students. This tremendous staff assists the students in walking in a spirit of excellence in the areas that are beyond the classroom. Each of these also serves on a team that offers personal ministry to the students throughout the school year. In addition, they are part of a larger team that ministers to the students during the “soaking” sessions. This team serves Bob Long and Karen Serna by offering both direction and vision for the school.

Machelle is the School Administrator and takes care of all the intern’s paperwork, technical questions, website updates and tuition payments. Machelle keeps all transcripts and attendance records throughout the year.

Cissy Stalmach is the Personal Ministry Coordinator and organizes all the ministry teams that the students and interns have access to during the year. In addition, she facilitates the team that works with our “Deliverance & Dominion” class.
