Bob Long, Founder & Overseer
Bob Long is a graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute and has over twenty-five years of ministry experience. He is an apostolic voice who desires to see the church restored and released into fullness. In the house of God, he passionately stirs calling and imparts vision which releases a fresh sense of destiny both corporately and individually. Bob is the founder and overseer of Rally Call Ministries where he trains and networks prophetic intercessors and prayer ministries in regions and cities, equips believers to function in their calling, and releases different ministries to their God given assignments. He is committed to fathering upcoming Ephesians 4 leaders in this generation by training up and ministering with transgenerational teams. This vision of training is expressed through the Rally Call Institute. Bob also serves on Apostolic teams for the Federation of Ministers and Churches International. In addition, Bob serves the nation of Cuba and also our Texas civil government as an apostolic father. Bob and his wife, Leslie, reside in San Marcos, TX.

Art & Karen Serna, Director
Art and Karen serve both Rally Call Institute and Rally Call Ministries. This couple combines a strong prophetic gift and an apostolic anointing to stir and serve both emerging leaders and also those who are already serving the Kingdom of God as ministry leaders. Consequently their primary passion is to see men and women fully functioning in the callings and destinies for which God designated them. Both have a driving hunger to father those around them and, consequently, are mentoring/fathering several young adults even outside the school. Art and Karen, themselves, area Rally Call Institute graduates and have been ministering with Bob Long, their father in ministry, Art for the last four years/Karen for the last fourteen years. Art’s true passion lies in transforming the nations and helping catalyst believers into operating in signs and wonders. He has a power gift that strongly expresses itself through both the prophetic and the supernatural flow of the Holy Spirit to minister to and heal individuals. Karen is both the administrator for Rally Call Ministries and the Director of Rally Call Institute. Karen’s primary passion is to see people come into a greater anointing in the prophetic and to train them how to develop and maintain strong ministry relationships. Both Art and Karen have bachelor’s degrees – Karen from Angelo State University and Art from the University of Texas in Austin. Both work full time in the marketplace – Art as a Policy and Training Specialist with the Department of Family Protective Services and Karen as an Industrial Hygienist at Texas State University-San Marcos. Art is currently working on his Masters of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Texas San Antonio.

Ken & Sandy Lowry
Pastors Ken and Sandy Lowry preach the gospel of Jesus Christ by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. They are actively equipping the saints for the work of ministry (Eph 4:12). Their heart is to impart all that the Lord has given them into the lives of others. (2Tim 2:2)  Ken and Sandy have ministered in Australia, New Zealand, Holland, Germany, France, Mexico, and here in Texas. Their ordination is with Federation of Ministers and Churches International. Besides serving as pastors for Living Waters Spirit Filled Church in Lago Vista, TX, they have ministered in other areas: Youth, Evangelism, Jail Ministry, Leadership Training, Marriage Seminars, Healing Schools. Sandy has also ministered at Women’s Groups and Retreats.  Ken and Sandy have seen the lame walk, the blind see, the mute speak, the deaf hear, as they prayed for the sick. People have been healed of many diseases, including hepatitis, leukemia, cancer, and diabetes in their meetings.

Rocky & Janice Ivy
Rocky and Janice have been in ministry for over 20 years. Both Rocky and Janice have a powerful ministry to the “lost” and those in emotional crisis. Rocky truly walks in a pastoral anointing while Janice has a very strong prophetic and evangelistic anointing. They are the founders and pastors Open Gate Ministries, a church in Austin, TX that reaches out to primarily artists and musicians. They also birthed “Core Perspective” which is designed to gather artists to share Artistic gifts. Core Perspective is designed to create an atmosphere in which Artists can discuss creativity and go on to produce something of substance. In addition, Rocky is an accomplished musician who often plays in “secular” settings as a form of outreach.

Guest Lecturers:

Jack & Jo Ann Crawford
Jack and Jo Ann Crawford have known the Lord for 40 years and has been spirit filled for 25 years. This couple has been active in the local church in many capacities. Fourteen years ago, as the current renewal outpouring took place, Jack and Jo Ann found themselves immersed in the anointing and manifest presence of God as never before. They found the prophetic, the call to intercession, and the power of God deposited into them in a deeper and more dramatic way than ever before. Jo Ann began prophetically seeing and speaking the purposes of God over situations and against the hidden strategies of the enemy, while also being used through the laying on of hands for impartation and physical healings. Jo Ann brings a practical touch to intercession. Things the Lord reveals to her have individual and personal application. Jack on the other hand is a very practical counselor with an incredible passion to serve people. This couple also helped to found Freedoms Fire Ministries.

Jim Hodges
Apostle Jim Hodges is the founder of the Federation of Ministers and Churches International, a relational, apostolic network of ministers, apostolic teams and local churches across the nation. Having ministered in over 40 nations, Apostle Hodges serves the Body of Christ internationally as a teaching apostle with a passion to see the Body of Christ fully established. Jim has tremendous revelation of how the apostolic expression of Christ is being poured out on the Church, and how the apostolic gift functions both translocally and within the local assembly. He is a graduate of Wheaton College and Central Baptist Theological Seminary, and he served as Bible instructor and missions director for 10 years at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. Jim founded and pastored two churches. He and his wife Jean now reside in the Dallas area.

Ronnie Long
Having worked as a civilian at Goodfellow Airforce Base in San Angelo, TX for 33 year, Ronnie Long has invaluable experience in a host of different areas. He served the base as a Civil Engineer in the Architectural Engineering Department for many years, and he also served in several capacities relating to visual information. having been the Visual Information Officer before his retirement. In addition to his federal service, Ronnie has been an avid entrepreneur as the owner of West Texas Rarities, an antique business, for many years now. Over the years he has also worked in real estate and is currently a consultant in the billboard advertising business. Ronnie has real revelation about investment, budgeting, and just overall good financial sense. He has a passion to serve the Kingdom by teaching people how to gain wealth. Ronnie earned his Business Management Degree from Angelo State University in 1974.

Susan Lackey
Susan has a vision to make “Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be Done” a reality on this earth as it is in heaven. She has accomplished this using the Fine Arts therapeutically in worship, in play and film scripts, in public schools, and in key strategic locations across the United States and on the mission field. Susan has a BA in Deaf Studies with a concentration in Theatre Arts. Susan currently teaches 5th grade at Camino Real Elementary.

Suzanne King
Suzanne is an artist like no other. Suzanne is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Art Degree. She recently birthed a prophetic school of art and trains artists to prophecy through their creations. Suzanne has spent many years teaching art classes to both young and old alike. Her portfolio includes works in oils, pastels, stencils etc. Her prophetic art is full of passion, revelation and Kingdom truth.

Scotty Crawford
Scotty has been a worship leader for over 10 years. He spent 9 years leading worship for Rally Call Ministries, and is currently a worship and youth pastor in Brownwood, TX. The Lord has given him a passion to see cities and regions impacted by the power of God released through worship and intercession. His worship leading has a corporate focus with an emphasis on the prophetic and the kingdom of God. Scotty has a grace to work with all kinds of musicians and singers and desires to bridge the generations together in praise and worship. He also has a calling on his life to invest in young worship leaders and musicians in order to raise them up and enable them to fulfill their own calling in the area of praise and worship.

Adam Wilson
Adam is musician, singer, song writer, who for the past 10 years, led worship and served on various worship teams in Austin and abroad. Under the direction of experienced leadership at Austin Cornerstone Church, Adam was the lead worshipper for 2 years. Since 2007, he has been leading worship at Rally Call Ministries where he edifies a generation of believers in order to advance the Kingdom of God in the earth. In addition Adam has written over 60 songs, has been playing the guitar for 20 years and has a powerful prophetic anointing upon his life.

Mary Shires
Mary started her career over seventeen years ago in the banking industry. Since 1993, however, she has been in retail management where she has managed party good stores in North and Central Texas. The first store she managed increased sales by 17% under her leadership, while the second store she managed increased sales by 67%. Mary has won “Manager of the Year” awards on the district, regional, and corporate levels on more than one occasion. Her practical nature and excellent leadership skills have enabled her to train several assistant managers and managers while serving in the retail sector. As a key leader in Rally Call Ministries, Mary has a strong anointing for intercession and “mothering” the next generation. In addition, Mary serves as the coordinator and leader for Rally Call’s home group meetings; and she is an RCI alumnus. Mary is well rounded as she has been educated in Greece, Tripoli and Libya.

Beverly Bozovsky
Bev started her career with 3M thirty years ago as a productions worker where she set production record after productions record. She was soon promoted to a Quality Technician for production and a short time later was promoted again to an Incoming Quality Technician. Bev suddenly found herself doing the work of a Product Engineer in Austin, TX. Soon after the company had moved her to Austin, she advanced to supporting the computer systems that documented everything about their products, from how to make them to how to pack them out and ship them. Having been loyal to the company throughout times of change Bev has risen to the top as an Advanced Technologist where she evaluates software, recommends changes, writes the specification as to how it needs to work, and then test that software that she writes training manuals and teaching workshops on how to use the software. She also researches and evaluations all new software to see if we could possibly incorporate them into the running of our business. Bev’s consistency and dedication has won her great favor and great influence in the marketplace.

Amber Trojcak
Amber has a prophetic-apostolic mix gifting with an ability to bring prophetic messages forth with a clarion expression that is applicable and easily apprehended by a wide array of the Body of Christ. Her passion for “history’s mysteries” as they relate to the current cycles and seasons of God help facilitate the momentum of the “Freedom’s Fire Ministry” of which she is a key leader. Amber has a key role in historical prophetic research and travels with this prophetic company to local, state and national venues. She shares a core role in helping establish the curriculum Freedom’s Fire uses in its regional prophetic schools throughout the nation. Amber has a passion for the advancement of the Kingdom of God in Family, Business, Civil and Spiritual government. She received a BBA from Angelo State University in 2002, and has worked in the marketplace in Marketing and Advertising on projects such as billboards, promotional videos, print ads, t-shirts, mugs and conference packets for ILE, FMCI, and Freedom’s Fire.

Shetay Nicole Ashford
With over nine years of experience in the High Tech industry, Shetay has worked for Fortune 50 and 500 companies such as GE, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dell Inc. In her current position at Dell Inc., she is a New Product Strategy Consultant in the Consumer Sales Training organization. In spite of it all, Shetay feels that is only by the grace of God that she has been blessed with access to influence and wealth to help those who are less fortunate than herself. Shetay started her first kingdom business, Youth Mentoring Technologies, in November 2004 when she was awarded an opportunity to pilot a 12-week technology literacy program called Technology for Life through the University of South Florida’s GEAR UP program. Her latest venture is Kingdom Business Development Center where her vision is to equip and empower individuals from all walks of life to fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny.

Several other state leaders (elected officials, legislative staff, etc) who serve full time in civil government also teach in our “School of Biblical Civil Government” class.
