Bob Long, Founder & Overseer
Bob Long is a graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute and has over twenty-five years of ministry experience. He is an apostolic voice who desires to see the church restored and released into fullness. In the house of God, he passionately stirs calling and imparts vision which releases a fresh sense of destiny both corporately and individually. Bob is the founder and overseer of Rally Call Ministries where he trains and networks prophetic intercessors and prayer ministries in regions and cities, equips believers to function in their calling, and releases different ministries to their God given assignments. He is committed to fathering upcoming Ephesians 4 leaders in this generation by training up and ministering with transgenerational teams. This vision of training is expressed through the Rally Call Institute. Bob also serves on apostolic teams for the Federation of Ministers and Churches International. In addition, Bob serves the nation of Cuba and also our Texas civil government as an apostolic father. Bob and his wife, Leslie, reside in San Marcos, TX.

Art & Karen Serna, Director/Inter Director
Art and Karen serve both Rally Call Institute and Rally Call Ministries. This couple combines a strong prophetic gift and an apostolic anointing to stir and serve both emerging leaders and also those who are already serving the Kingdom of God as ministry leaders. Consequently, their primary passion is to see men and women fully functioning in the callings and destinies for which God designated them. Both have a driving hunger to father those around them and, consequently, are mentoring/fathering several young adults even outside the school. Art and Karen are Rally Call Institute graduates and have been ministering with Bob Long, their father in ministry, since 2004 and 1994 respectively. Art’s true passion lies in transforming the nations and helping catalyst believers into operating in signs and wonders. He has a power gift that strongly expresses itself through both the prophetic and the supernatural flow of the Holy Spirit to minister to and heal individuals. Karen is both the administrator for Rally Call Ministries and the Director of Rally Call Institute. Karen’s primary passion is to see people come into a greater anointing in the prophetic and to train them how to develop and maintain strong ministry relationships. Both Art and Karen have bachelor’s degrees – Karen from Angelo State University and Art from the University of Texas at Austin. Art has a Masters of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Texas San Antonio and works full time in the marketplace as a Team Lead in the Contracting Division with the Department of Family Protective Services. Karen is a full time mother to their 16 month old son, John Kerwyn; previously she was as an Industrial Hygienist at Texas State University-San Marcos.

Ken & Sandy Lowry
Pastors Ken and Sandy Lowry preach the gospel of Jesus Christ by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. They are actively equipping the saints for the work of ministry (Eph 4:12). Their heart is to impart all that the Lord has given them into the lives of others. (2Tim 2:2)  Ken and Sandy have ministered in Australia, New Zealand, Holland, Germany, France, Mexico, and here in Texas. Their ordination is with Federation of Ministers and Churches International. Besides serving as pastors for Living Waters Spirit Filled Church in Lago Vista, TX, they have ministered in other areas such as: Youth, Evangelism, Jail Ministry, Leadership Training, Marriage Seminars, and Healing Schools. Sandy has also ministered at Women’s Groups and Retreats.  Ken and Sandy have seen the lame walk, the blind see, the mute speak, the deaf hear, as they prayed for the sick. People have been healed of many diseases, including hepatitis, leukemia, cancer, and diabetes in their meetings.

Ronnie Long
Ronnie Long has invaluable experience in a host of different areas, having worked as a civilian at Goodfellow Air force Base in San Angelo, TX for 33 year. He served the base as a Civil Engineer in the Architectural Engineering Department for many years, and he also served in several capacities relating to visual information,  as the Visual Information Officer before his retirement. In addition to his federal service, Ronnie has been an avid entrepreneur as the owner of West Texas Rarities, an antique business, for many years now. Over the years he has also worked in real estate and is currently a consultant in the billboard advertising business. Ronnie has real revelation about investment, budgeting, and just overall good financial sense. He has a passion to serve the Kingdom by teaching people how to gain wealth. Ronnie earned his Business Management Degree from Angelo State University in 1974.

Adam Wilson
Adam is musician, singer, song writer, who for the past 10 years, led worship and served on various worship teams in Austin and abroad. Under the direction of experienced leadership at Austin Cornerstone Church, Adam was the lead worshipper for 2 years. Since 2007, he has been leading worship at Rally Call Ministries where he edifies a generation of believers in order to advance the Kingdom of God in the earth. In addition, Adam has written over 60 songs, has been playing the guitar for more than 20 years and has a powerful prophetic anointing upon his life. Adam and his wife Missy and their newborn son currently reside in Leander, TX.

Mary Shires
Mary started her career over seventeen years ago in the banking industry. Since 1993, however, she has been in retail management where she has managed party good stores in North and Central Texas. The first store she managed increased sales by 17% under her leadership, while the second store she managed increased sales by 67%. Mary has won “Manager of the Year” awards on the district, regional, and corporate levels on more than one occasion. Her practical nature and excellent leadership skills have enabled her to train several assistant managers and managers while serving in the retail sector. As a key leader in Rally Call Ministries, Mary has a strong anointing for intercession and “mothering” the next generation. In addition, Mary serves as the coordinator and leader for Rally Call’s home group meetings; and she is an RCI alumnus. Mary is well rounded as she has been educated in Greece, Tripoli and Libya.

Shetay Nicole Ashford
With over nine years of experience in the High Tech industry, Shetay has worked for Fortune 50 and 500 companies such as GE, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Dell Inc. In her last position at Dell Inc., she was a New Product Strategy Consultant in the Consumer Sales Training organization. In spite of it all, Shetay feels that it is only by the grace of God that she has been blessed with access to influence and wealth to help those who are less fortunate than herself. Shetay started her first kingdom business, Youth Mentoring Technologies, in November 2004 when she was awarded an opportunity to pilot a 12-week technology literacy program called Technology for Life through the University of South Florida’s GEAR UP program. Her latest venture is Kingdom Business Development Center where her vision is to equip and empower individuals from all walks of life to fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny.

Doug Gephardt
Doug Gephardt is a Systems Engineering Manager at D2Audio, an Austin start-up company that develops systems and silicon for digital audio amplifiers.  Prior to joining D2Audio, Doug was a Senior Member of Technical Staff in AMD’s Strategic Initiatives Group.  His responsibilities included driving strategic platform technologies both inside and outside AMD.  Doug joined AMD in 1984, where he worked on microprocessors and peripherals starting with the 8085 and continuing with each successive generation of PC processor and system logic.  His work at AMD included various technical roles including product engineering, design engineering, applications engineering, and systems architecture.  During his 16 years at AMD, Doug served as the system architect of several integrated processors and platform initiatives.  He served twice on Microsoft’s WinHEC Technical Advisory Council and also participated in the PCI Special Interest Group as a Steering Committee representative.  Doug received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Southern Methodist University in 1984.  He has been issued 39 U.S. patents.  In addition, Doug has a true passion for the Kingdom of God that inspires him to transform the technology culture.  He has a strong teaching gift and great prophetic revelation.

Several other state leaders (elected officials, legislative staff, etc) who serve full time in civil government also teach in our “Civil Government from a Biblical Worldview” class.
