2nd Year Program

Tuesday Classes:

“Merging the Practical & the Prophetic” by Art & Karen Serna
Have you seen others give powerful prophetic words that truly impacted your life? Do you desire to not only impact the lives of other believers but also the lives of the unbelieving?  Do you desire to have a long lasting impact on the nations of the earth?  I Cor. 14:1 commands each of us as believers to “earnestly desire spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.”  This class is designed to stretch you in the prophetic regardless of your experience or current level of gifting.  You will learn to flow in a greater anointing in the areas of personal prophecy and corporate prophecy over cities, regions, and nations.  This class will include a number of field trips and hands on practice sessions.  If you desire to be a part of a prophetic company that impacts the earth, don’t miss this class.

“School of Biblical Civil Government”
As we speak, intercessors, apostle, and prophets are helping to usher in a new season in the civil government of this nation.  The church is in a time of transition where no longer will only the pastoral gift minister to our nation’s leaders, instead, God is calling upon prophets and even apostles to help director our civil leaders.  More and more Christian’s with a revelation of the Kingdom of God are not only engaging the political arena by voting, but they are taking office and working with those in office.  While we do not believe that politics or civil government is the answer, we do believe that a company of apostolic/prophetic people is being called and commissioned by God to help enact righteous laws through the structure of civil government.  Just as Daniel powerfully influenced the rulers of Babylon to such a degree that these rulers spoke blessings over the people of God during their time of captivity, so can the Daniels of our day influence the nation’s leaders so that they draft righteous and moral laws.  For if God instituted civil government, and He has, then He truly rules and reigns over that government.  Our heart and passion in the School of Biblical Civil Government is to train up a company of people who will passionately transform this sector of our culture for even now our nation is in a “war” over things like abortion and the homosexual agenda.  Now is not the time to shrink back, instead, you must be fully equipped to know how to be a warrior in this battle for the soul of our nation.

“School of Business, Economics, and Commerce”
Over the last few decades the idea and revelation of “Market Place Ministry” has progressed forward.  The church once believed that those who were in the business world where called to “make lots of money” so that they could finance those who were “really in the ministry”.  Our primary vision was to see these men/women rise to the top of their fields so that they could give large tithe checks to our local churches and ministries.  However, there is a much greater desire in the heart of God.  Imagine if churches were to spring up in every office building in your city.  Imagine businesses being created so that nations that are closed to the Gospel can be effectively infiltrated by the Kingdom of God.  The heart and passion of the School of Business, Economics and Commerce is to both inspire and also equip believers to embrace and fulfill their callings in the business community. This multifaceted class is taught by several men and women with diverse strengths and gifting for business, wealth, and economics.  We will explore everything from business ethics, to business start-ups, to corporate America.  If it’s your passion to start a business that can be used to advance the Kingdom, then this class will stir you.  If you are stirred to see the church take its rightful place as the primary influencer of economics and commerce, then this class will train you to be that influence.  If you are convinced that God is bringing a transfer of wealth to the church, then this class is for you.

“Come Up Higher!” by Rocky Ivy/“Evangelism!” by Janice Ivy
This class on leadership is taken from a very practical approach.  What can you expect?  How do you handle certain unexpected situations?  How do you walk though the hard times of discouragement and even depression?  Who do you count on?  This class will explore lots of the hard to answer questions about leadership, both its ups and its downs./ Janice is the kind of person that can witness to a door knob and the door would get saved.  That might be a slight exaggeration, but it is the only way that her anointing can be described.  Janice’s loving and practical approach to evangelism mixed with her strong prophetic gifting enables her to impact both strangers and friends alike.  She will impart to you a gifting and a confidence to witness to all you know.

Saturday Session:

“Soaking”:  Second year students will pray for first year students.

“Family Foundations” by Jack and JoAnn Crawford: This dynamic duo has spent the last 20 years ministering to couples and families.  They have a true revelation of the need ministers have to have a strong, health, and balanced family.  To quote them, “If you don’t get the family part right, then the rest is no good.”  This couple will train you to take care of your family in the midst of all God has called you to in the earth.

“The Supernatural” by Art & Karen Serna: This class will focus on the supernatural power of God and how we can tap into that power so that we can perform signs, wonders, and miracles of all kinds.  There will be lots of impartation during these sessions.

“School of Art and Entertainment”:  There is a rich history in the relationship between Christianity and the arts/entertainment and an even more exciting future.  We must explore art/entertainment’s ability to propagate the gospel and extend Kingdom ideals into the marketplace and into the nations. “The glory of Christian art consists in the artist’s ability to bend his or her craft to the service of God, not as a tool of evangelism, necessarily, but as a thing of beauty, goodness, and truth, expressive of the character and purposes of the Lord, and of a biblical worldview.” (T.M. Moore)  Merge art and entertainment together and add in a biblical worldview, and you have endless possibilities for Kingdom advancement.  If you have a passion for art and/or entertainment, you will not want to miss this training opportunity.  This class will cover everything from worship, to music, to visual arts, to dramatic arts.

“Preaching Exercises”: You will have a second opportunity to preach in front of your classmates.

“Special Guest Jim Hodges”: Jim Hodges is known as one of the best Bible teachers in America and is the apostolic founder/overseer of The Federation of Ministers and Churches International, a relational apostolic network of over 70 ministries and churches. He also taught for many years at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas. For the last 15 years he has been overseeing the Federation and traveling full time nationally and internationally.
