Other Requirements:
1. Required Reading (Reading these books is required by everyone going through this 1st year program. A book review of 1000 to 1250 words must be written for those wishing to attain their bachelor’s. No report required for a Certificate of Completion. )

b. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni (report due November 14th)
c. Silent No More by Rod Parsley (report due December 12th)
d. Releasing the Sound of Heaven by Jim Hodges (report due February 13th)
e. Sound of Heaven, Symphony of Earth by Ray Hughes (report due March 13th)
f. Taking Our Cities for God by John Dawson (report April 10th)
g. How to Read the Bible For All It’s Worth by Gordon Fee (report due May 22th)

2. You must attend 2 Saturday night Rally Call meetings per month while in RCI. As a part of your training, you will be given a ministry assignment at these meetings. One of these meetings can be the same day that the Saturday classes are held. (This is a requirement for all students whether you are working on your Bachelor’s or a Certificate of Completion.)

Additional Opportunities:
1. Ministry Sessions – Each student can choose from one of the RCI ministry teams and receive a total of 5 ministry sessions before the end of the school year. (This is strongly encouraged for all students but is not required for either a Bachelor’s or a Certificate of Completion.)

2. A one week mission’s trip (This trip and its preparation time is required for those that would like credit towards a bachelor’s degree and is highly recommended for everyone else.)

Graduation will be held May 29, 2010 at 5pm at Rally Call Center.
